Description JOB SUMMARY The Order Processor is responsible for receiving customer orders, generating work orders, and upholding meticulous record-keeping. This role involves the collection and interpretation of essential customer and internal data to construct precise and comprehensive orders, facilitating successful installations. Collaborating with internal teams is a key aspect of this position to ensure effective communication throughout the process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate installer work orders efficiently and accurately.

Execute precise and punctual data entry of customer selections into the order processing system, aligning with builder schedules and specifications.

Establish and uphold digital builder files for ongoing maintenance.

Handle builder reselection requests.

Recognize and elevate any instances of missing or erroneous information in both company and customer ordering documentation.

Maintain regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, employing clear and succinct written and verbal communication.

Escalate urgent or atypical issues to a supervisor when necessary.

Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of order entry and customer service experience preferred.

RFMS knowledge is a plus

Flooring or construction industry experience required.

Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
