As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, transforming them into leads, and eventually securing towing jobs. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls effectively. Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Convert inbound calls into leads and subsequent towing job opportunities. Working Conditions: Fully remote position. Shift work within a 24/7 Call Center environment.
