As a member of the Pro Customer Support and Sales Team, you will: Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge and loyalty programs. Offer tailored recommendations based on the unique requirements of each project. Meet monthly sales goals and perform to key metrics to enhance overall store performance. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and provide specialized product knowledge, particularly in paints and related supplies. Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Resolve any delivery issues efficiently and effectively. Communicate the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors to enhance customer loyalty. Bilingual communication skills may be a plus at some locations, depending on customer needs.
