About this role

POV Beauty launched on March 26, 2025 and sold out in under 24 hours. We’re now entering a critical growth phase and are hiring a Growth Manager to build, own, and scale our paid acquisition engine. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Ecommerce, the Growth Manager will be responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and supporting growth across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max). This role is ideal for a performance-driven operator who lives in Ads Manager, obsesses over CPA, and thrives at the intersection of data, creative, and experimentation. This is a hands‑on, tactical role with real ownership. You’ll manage day-to-day paid media performance while shaping long-term growth strategy, working closely with creative, influencer, and marketing partners to ensure a cohesive story from ad to checkout. This role is essential to POV’s ability to scale. The right person will have the opportunity to be a true owner and a key driver of the brand’s next phase of growth. Responsibilities Paid Media Ownership (Meta First) Own end-to-end management of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, budgeting, and optimization Manage and scale a monthly Meta budget, with opportunity to expand as performance allows Set monthly and quarterly budget strategy, including spend allocation and pacing Monitor platform changes (iOS updates, attribution shifts, algorithm changes) and adjust strategy accordingly Make confident, data-backed decisions and clearly articulate tradeoffs and rationale Highlight and advocate for new channel opportunities Performance & Scaling Own performance against CPA (primary KPI), CAC, MER, and efficiency metrics Identify when and how to scale spend while maintaining efficiency targets Quickly diagnose performance issues and implement corrective actions Lead structured testing across audiences, formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structures Partner closely with growth creative and design to identify high-performing themes, hooks, and messaging Translate performance insights into clear creative direction and testing briefs Identify creative gaps and opportunities that unlock customer acquisition Help evolve POV’s acquisition strategy from strong brand marketing to icon-level growth campaigns Work closely with Influencer & Partnerships to ensure alignment between creator storytelling and paid media Own or support Google Ads, including Search, YouTube, and Performance Max, with a focus on CPC efficiency Bring curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset to emerging formats and channels Collaborate with or manage external channel specialists as needed Apply learnings across channels to strengthen overall acquisition strategy Measurement & Communication Analyze performance using Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and internal dashboards Build clear, concise performance narratives for stakeholders Proactively propose experiments and communicate learnings Stay current on paid media best practices and platform updates Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in paid media or growth marketing Deep, hands‑on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (required) Proven experience owning CPA and scaling paid media budgets Strong analytical skills paired with sound creative judgment Clear communicator who can confidently explain decisions and insights Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment Low-ego, highly accountable, and focused on execution over optics Preferred Qualifications Experience in DTC or consumer brands (beauty experience not required) Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or Performance Max Experience working closely with creative, influencer, or content teams Understanding of full‑funnel paid media strategy Experience managing or collaborating with agencies or consultants Flexible work environment with teams centralized in LA & NYC 100% of employee premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision
