We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Development Manager
to drive business growth in the
European market
for Vials and Syringe Components. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong network of customer contacts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Pharma & Biotech space Develop and implement commercial strategies, pricing, and promotional plans. Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs. Support new product launches and optimize the product portfolio. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Develop medium- and long-term business plans for key accounts and regions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceutical, Engineering or Chemistry. 4+ years of experience in the healthcare sector in business development or account management. Strong understanding of manufacturing, technical, and R&D environments. Proven ability to define and execute account strategies. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proficient with CRM and ERP systems. Willingness to travel 40–50%
within Europe and internationally .
