What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with transactional attorneys to maximize the use of the platform for live and historical transactions
Conduct training sessions and demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities
Provide pre-sales engineering support and lead technical aspects of the sales cycle
Assist in model training and quality control by contributing subject-matter expertise
Support product strategy and direction by advising on investment areas for new features
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred
2+ years of experience at a top law firm or legal department
Expertise in transactional legal practice in areas such as mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactions
Self-starting, problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in technology companies or industries
Interest in finance or economics
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Background in computer programming (not a development role)
Interest in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning technologies
