Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with transactional attorneys to utilize the platform for live and historical transactions
Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of platform capabilities and use cases
Provide technical support during the sales cycle and assist go-to‑market teams
Contribute to new model training and quality control for AI systems
Advise on product strategy and key investment areas for new features
Qualifications
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Jurisdiction: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred
2+ years of experience at a top law firm or legal department
Expertise in transactional legal practice, including mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactions
A self‑starting, problem‑solving, and creative approach
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at a technology company or in industry
Interest in finance or economics
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Background in computer programming (not a development role)
Significant interest in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning technology
