What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with transactional attorneys to advise on platform capabilities for live and historical transactions
Conduct training sessions and demonstrations on the platform's features and use cases
Support pre-sales engineering efforts and lead technical components of the sales cycle
Contribute to new model training and quality control through expert knowledge
Provide input on product strategy and investment in new features and capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred
2+ years of experience at a top law firm or legal department
Expertise in transactional legal practice, including mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A self-starting and problem-solving approach with a drive for execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience at a technology company or within the industry
Interest in finance or economics
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Background in computer programming (not a development role)
Interest in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning technology
