Work hands‑on with transactional attorneys to advise on the use of the platform for live and historical transactions Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of platform capabilities and use cases Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams for pre‑sales engineering support during the sales cycle Contribute to new model training and quality control by distilling expertise into AI systems Support product strategy and direction by advising on key investment areas for new features What is Required (Qualifications):

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred 2+ years of experience at a top law firm or legal department Expertise in transactional legal practice, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets/securities, or corporate transactions Strong communication and collaboration skills A self‑starting, problem‑solving approach with resilience and motivation to innovate How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior experience at a technology company or in industry Interest in finance or economics Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Background in computer programming (not a development role) Significant interest in AI, NLP, or machine learning technology We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
