Job Responsibilities
Work directly with transactional attorneys to optimize the use of the platform and data for live and historical transactions
Conduct training sessions and demonstrations on platform capabilities and use cases
Collaborate with sales teams for pre‑sales engineering support and lead technical aspects of the sales cycle
Contribute to new model training and quality control by infusing subject‑matter expertise into AI systems
Provide strategic support for product direction, including advising on key investment areas for new features
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience at a top law firm or legal department
Expertise in transactional legal practice, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, or corporate transactions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self‑starting, problem‑solving approach with a bias toward action and execution
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at a technology company or in a related industry
Interest in finance or economics
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Background in computer programming, though this is not a development role
Significant interest in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning technology
