Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Maui for an Assistant Golf Professional. The Assistant Golf Professional will oversee daily golf course operations, manage tee times, assist in tournament setup and execution, and deliver high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include providing golf instruction, managing golf equipment, and supporting the overall experience of members and guests. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in golf management while working in a prestigious environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Golf Instruction and a strong knowledge of Golf Management techniques
Experience with Golf Equipment and a deep understanding of golf as a sport
Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to provide an enjoyable experience for members and guests
Strong organizational and time management skills
A passion for golf and a commitment to encouraging the growth of the game
PGA membership or enrollment in the PGA program is preferred.
