Position Description Provide live support to lecturers and presenters remotely to facilitate synchronous distance education. May be required to possess a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSC motor pool to perform the job.

Major/Essential Functions

Interpret event schedules and build, monitor, and support video calls across campuses.

Manage multiple events simultaneously by multitasking and prioritizing efficiently.

Test AV and video conferencing equipment upon request.

Provides phone support for live event management and troubleshooting.

Maintain, clean and organize workstation in order to produce the best possible video conferences.

Required Qualifications

Two years of trade school with 2 years of experience OR high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree in related field and one-year documented qualifying experience in related field.

One-year experience in an educational/medical setting.
