As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven, hunter-minded Catering Sales Associate — someone who lives for the chase, thrives on outbound sales, and is energized by building new business from the ground up. This role is not order-taking. It’s for a confident, competitive sales professional who is comfortable picking up the phone, opening doors, and closing high-value catering contracts.

Our Ideal Candidate:

True hunter mentality with a proactive, outbound sales approach

Comfortable and confident with cold calling, follow-ups, and high-volume outreach

Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals

Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, video, and in-person channels

Experience managing sales pipelines end-to-end within a CRM

Familiarity with HubSpot and Caterease (or similar CRM systems)

Confident communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills

Resilient, competitive, and motivated by goals, targets, and commission

Comfortable handling objections and navigating long sales cycles

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and tools like ChatGPT

Reliable transportation and a polished, professional presence

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and hunt for new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities

Convert inquiries and cold leads into signed catering contracts

Conduct phone consultations, follow-ups, and virtual sales meetings

Sell curated catering experiences — not just menus or pricing

Manage all sales activity, tasks, and communications in HubSpot

Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution

Develop creative outreach strategies to expand market presence

Work directly with the CEO and Director of Sales on sales strategy

Attend select events during training to deeply understand our operations

Support event days to strengthen client relationships

$60K base salary + uncapped commission
