What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers in completing purchases and offer post-order support
Engage in conversations to identify customer needs and persuade them to purchase additional products or services
Maintain knowledge of client products and services and deliver expert customer experiences
Document and track customer interactions and information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
Strong focus on building customer relationships
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Eagerness to learn new technologies
