What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers in completing purchases and offer post-order support
Engage in conversations to identify customer needs and facilitate order placement
Utilize product knowledge to build client relationships and retain customers
Track and document customer interactions in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
Strong focus on building customer relationships
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies
