Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers in completing purchases and offer post-order support

Document and track customer interactions in databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling or telemarketing)
Strong focus on building customer relationships and effective communication skills
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and basic computer navigation

Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
