What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers with completing purchases and provide post-order support
Engage in conversations to identify customer needs and persuade them to purchase additional products/services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, telemarketing, etc.)
High school diploma or GED
Strong focus on building customer relationships and communication skills
Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Eagerness to learn new technologies
A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
