This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Delhi, OH. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and the ability to implement strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including relationship building, client management, and achieving sales goals Competence in Market Research, data analysis, and identifying new business opportunities Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software An energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
