What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
Assist customers in completing purchases and provide post-order support.
Engage customers with probing questions to identify their needs.
Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services.
Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.).
Strong focus on building customer relationships.
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong computer navigation skills.
Open availability for flexible scheduling.
A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing.
