What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers in completing purchases and provide post-order support
Engage customers with probing questions to understand their needs
Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services
Document and track customer interactions and maintain product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
Strong focus on building customer relationships
Basic understanding of sales techniques and effective communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
