Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to digital payment solutions via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat Help customers understand our products, resolve payment issues, and ensure a seamless payment experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries effectively and enhance service delivery Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and services Stay up-to-date with digital payment technologies and industry trends to inform customers appropriately

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus Experience in customer support, particularly in the financial or digital payments sector, is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail Familiarity with CRM tools and digital payment platforms will be advantageous Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the cultural experience!
