
Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products while selling to an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers
Maintain quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding prior employment
Additional Qualifications
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑oriented environment
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
