Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards, proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification before first day of employment.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Preferred
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and ability to work in a team environment to meet goals.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
