As the

Experiential Design Lead , you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for

event design, experiential activations, and local brand marketing . This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic guidance with hands‑on creative execution. You will be responsible for defining how the brand lives in physical spaces—from high-energy pop‑up experiences and launch events to local community activations. You will bridge the gap between abstract brand concepts and tangible 3D environments, leading the design of everything from immersive guest journeys and temporary installations to large-scale brand events. What You’ll Do:

Strategic Subject Matter Expert:

Provide high-level guidance on experiential design, ensuring all local marketing and event initiatives align with the broader brand strategy. Standards & Style Guides:

Establish and uphold rigorous standards for

activation graphic execution , creative style guides for events, and presentation design to ensure excellence across all physical touchpoints. Creative Conceptualization:

Translate complex briefs into compelling concepts across video, digital, print, and physical formats (pop‑up structures, event décor, and 3D installations). Visual Communication:

Lead the development of

3D renderings, photo‑composites, and technical graphics

to communicate experiential intent to stakeholders and leadership. Environmental Design:

Oversee the creation of scaled floorplans, technical drawings, and 3D models to clearly define project needs for immersive décor and structural initiatives. Production Collaboration:

Partner with Creative Strategists and Project Managers to deliver scalable solutions that meet safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. Vendor & Fabrication Management:

Lead the final production of décor and structural elements, working closely with external vendors and production teams to ensure flawless installation and safety standards. Execution Leadership:

Own the concept and design for

launch events, ongoing brand activations, and experiential marketing activities

that engage and inspire. Regional Relevance:

Drive local marketing initiatives and seasonal updates, adapting creative solutions quickly to meet evolving regional needs and specific venue requirements. Execution Leadership:

Experience:

4+ years of experience in Experiential Design, Environmental Design, or Event Marketing Creative. Technical Proficiency:

Expert‑level skills in 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D) and the Adobe Creative Suite. Strategic Presentation:

Proven ability to present complex design rationales to senior leadership with confidence and clarity. Design Craft:

A portfolio demonstrating a high standard of visual execution, from 2D graphics to complex, dimensional 3D installations. Collaborative Spirit:

Experience facilitating creative brainstorms and fostering a culture of innovative problem‑solving. Agility:

Capability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and miscellaneous local marketing needs. Benefits Include
