Now, we're building out our experiential marketing team and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Experiential Events Coordinator to help bring our events to life.
About the Role As the Experiential Events Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our Director of Experiential Events to plan, execute, and produce high-impact brand activations, influencer events, pop-ups, and campus experiences that resonate with Gen Z. You’ll play a key role in logistics, vendor coordination, guest experience, and on-site execution to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with fashion, pop culture, and creating unforgettable brand moments—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Director of Experiential Events in concepting, planning, and executing events (from influencer events to college activations and pop-ups).
Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue scouting, catering, rentals, and staffing.
Oversee event production timelines and budgets, ensuring flawless execution.
Assist with guest list management, influencer outreach, and VIP hospitality.
Work closely with the marketing team to align event activations with brand campaigns.
Stay ahead of Gen Z trends, pop culture moments, and emerging experiential trends to keep our events fresh and relevant.
Be on-site at events to ensure everything runs smoothly, handling last-minute problem-solving in a productive manner.
Who You Are:
2-4 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations (fashion or lifestyle brands preferred).
Passionate about fashion, Gen Z culture, social media, and innovative brand experiences.
Highly organized with strong project management skills—you love checklists and timelines.
A problem-solver who can think on their feet and work effectively under pressure.
Strong communicator and team player who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Willing to travel and work some weekends/evenings for events.
Experience working with vendors, venues, talent, and influencers is a plus.
