Job Description We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized eCommerce & Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage client relationships while leading and scaling creator and affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms. This role blends client-facing account management with hands‑on affiliate strategy, outreach, and execution.
You’ll work with assigned clients, owning affiliate initiatives, from sourcing and outreach to campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization. This is a fast‑paced, highly collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, operational rigor, and social commerce strategy.
Responsibilities
Client & Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication with assigned clients
Lead weekly cadence calls, providing updates on performance, deliverables, and upcoming initiatives
Build strong, trusted client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem‑solving
Prepare and deliver weekly client decks with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations
Collaborate closely with the VP, Accounts to align on strategy and elevate client needs as required
Affiliate & Creator Management:
Develop and execute affiliate outreach strategies aligned with client goals and GMV growth
Research and identify high‑potential creators and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Manage affiliate outreach campaigns end‑to‑end using tools such as Spotlight, Euka, Blazey, or similar
Draft compelling outreach messages, campaign briefs, and collaboration proposals
Oversee creator onboarding, sample approvals, and content briefing processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates and creators throughout campaigns
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Drive affiliate management efforts, ensuring affiliates are informed on briefs, timelines, and campaign requirements
Oversee execution of client strategies including affiliate programs, product listings, and promotions
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Partner with creative, LIVE, Paid Media, and Shop Ops teams to ensure seamless execution
Reporting & Insights:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for client accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Create weekly reports and present insights internally and to clients
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that drive growth
Continuous Improvement:
Research competitor activity, creator trends, and emerging social commerce strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate platform partners
Continuously refine workflows, reporting, and processes to improve efficiency and results
Requirements
Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Experience
2-4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, account management, or client services (agency or brand-side)
Strong understanding of TikTok culture, creator ecosystems, and social commerce
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics
Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Desired Experience
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Lark and Slack.
