An established commercial landscape services organization in Palm Beach County is conducting a search for an experienced

Account Manager

to oversee a portfolio of maintenance accounts.

This role combines client relationship management, field oversight, revenue development, and operational coordination within a growing branch environment.

Position Overview The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service quality, maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying additional service opportunities, and supporting overall account performance.

This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits and close collaboration with operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts

Conduct routine property walkthroughs with clients and operations leadership

Identify and develop enhancement or improvement opportunities within assigned accounts

Prepare and present service proposals as needed

Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectationsMonitor account performance and support contract renewal efforts

Maintain accurate account documentation and CRM records

Assist with receivables follow-up when necessary

Promote adherence to safety standards across job sites

Participate in branch meetings and support overall operational objectives

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, facilities services, or a related service-based industry

Experience managing client relationships in a field-based environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams

Comfortable working outdoors and conducting extended site visits

Leadership experience or crew coordination exposure preferred

A degree in business, horticulture, or a related field is helpful but not required; relevant industry experience will be strongly considered.
