About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate and scale a growing visual identity across key digital touchpoints. This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience in DTC/CPG/Shopify brands who understands how to design for performance while maintaining a cohesive, elevated brand aesthetic.

Primary Areas of Focus

Web design

Paid Meta (Meta Ads)

Email design

Short‑form video editing (nice to have)

Recent experience within DTC, CPG, or Shopify-based brands is required.

What You’ll Do You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director to evolve the brand across all digital channels.

Execute compelling designs for web, Shopify storefronts, landing pages, pop-ups, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media.

Design and optimize high‑performing Meta ads, with a strong understanding of formats, best practices, and what drives engagement and conversion. On the first call, you’ll be asked to walk through specific examples of what makes a Meta ad effective (e.g., carousel vs. static tactics).

Create assets across multiple formats, including static imagery, GIFs, light motion, and short‑form video.

Support email design across campaigns and automated flows, ensuring strong hierarchy, clarity, and brand consistency.

Collaborate with external web design and development partners to translate brand direction into effective, elevated user experiences. Figma experience is important.

Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining organized, production‑ready files.

Stay ahead of digital, DTC, and nostalgia‑driven visual trends, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful experimentation.

Remote Collaboration Expectations This is a fully remote role. The ideal candidate thrives in a distributed environment and communicates proactively.

Participate in virtual reviews, brainstorms, and creative critiques.

Manage time independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.

Collaborate using tools such as Slack, Airtable, Figma, and Google Workspace.

Requirements

5–8 years of professional graphic design experience (DTC, retail, or CPG preferred).

Strong web design experience, ideally within Shopify environments.

Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing Meta ads.

Experience designing email marketing assets for campaigns and flows.

Comfort working primarily in digital design, with occasional small print projects.

Exceptional eye for layout, typography, color, and detail.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
