Discover the exciting opportunities with us and help shape the future of seafood! Your Responsibilities: Execute regional marketing plans that align with global and local strategies. Drive local demand generation through POS activation, events and trade shows. Collaborate closely with key customers in your region and our sales teams to identify market opportunities and support lead conversion. Build string relationships with customers in your region. Manage marketing materials to ensure efficient campaign execution. Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning. Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing activities. Measure and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives to optimize ROI. What We Are Looking For: 3–5 years specific experience in Visual Merchandising, Field Marketing or Trade Marketing in FMCG Strong understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, and event management. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, and marketing teams. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Fluent in German. Willingness to travel within the region as needed and work on weekends. Drivers license.
