
The Inside Sales Representative is a trusted, revenue-generating professional responsible for converting
qualified inbound demand
into long-term customer relationships with AI assistance. Opportunities originate from inbound calls, website form submissions, SEO, email marketing, Google Ads, chats, and existing customer activity.
This role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, technical curiosity, pricing discipline, and ownership. The successful candidate is highly responsive, organized, and customer-focused—capable of independently managing accounts while collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Sales & Opportunity Ownership
Respond to inbound leads using AI-assisted prompts to prioritize, triage and respond effectively
Qualify inbound leads and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer applications and requirements
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes with a clear sense of urgency
Negotiate pricing within established guidelines to close profitable business
Account Management & Revenue Growth
Manage a portfolio of existing customers and assigned accounts
Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Follow-up on AI-generated insights for account expansion, cross-selling, and share-of-wallet growth
Serve as a reliable point of contact for product selection, pricing, availability, and application support
Handle customer concerns with ownership and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience
Requirements A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
