come in. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor in the early stages of the customer journey. You’ll combine technical insight, business understanding, and communication skills to show how Elfsquad creates valueand to lay the foundation for successful long-term partnerships. Take ownership and enjoys being proactive Are comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders Can clearly explain complex systems in an understandable way Enjoy analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities Are fluent
German and English Are based in the
Frankfurt / Rhein-Main area Have experience in
pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or similar roles
(medior level) Have a strong affinity with
IT systems, CPQ, or ERP software Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A technical-commercial mindset (HBO / WO level) Understand manufacturing processes Your Role:
Guide customers through the
orientation and discovery phase
using demos and deep dives Analyze customer processes, systems, and challenges to identify the best solution setup Translate business needs into
clear implementation scopes and phased plans Advise customers on
best practices
to get maximum value from Elfsquad Collaborate closely with
Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success
teams Provide
value-based insights
(ROI, efficiency gains, business impact) Act as the bridge between
commercial goals and technical execution Support smooth handovers to implementation and customer success teams What We Offer:
