
Responsibilities
Kforce is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (CRM/ERP) in Phoenix, AZ. Senior Business Analyst to lead CRM and enterprise systems initiatives tied to growth from mergers and acquisitions. The immediate focus is the ongoing development of a custom CRM platform for the roofing business, with a longer‑term vision of integrating and unifying systems across the organization. This is a highly visible role partnering with IT leadership, development teams, and business stakeholders. Success requires someone who can bring structure to large programs, define solutions, and translate between technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Tasks
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and delivery for CRM initiatives
Partner with software development teams on large, complex projects
Provide solution recommendations aligned to business objectives
Facilitate meetings, drive alignment, and maintain momentum
Prepare executive‑ready materials and communicate progress, risks, and options
Help position the organization for future integration between CRM and ERP environments
Technology Environment
Custom CRM platform (built internally – must understand greenfield / build‑from‑scratch environments)
ERP & financial systems transformation (migration from Sage toward Oracle; ERP being built)
Requirements
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Background leading cross‑functional initiatives involving technology and business teams
Comfortable operating in large programs with multiple dependencies
Functional strength in CRM programs and providing structured, practical solutions
Documentation, process clarity, and delivery rigor
Personable, professional presence
Able to translate technical concepts into business language
Strong situational awareness – reads the room, adapts approach
Confident partnering with leadership
Preferred Background
Construction or related industries highly valued

Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
