Mobility Credit Union is seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing and community presence. This role is responsible for creating, publishing, and managing digital content across multiple platforms, supporting cross-department member-facing communications, and representing the credit union at community and business development events. This position plays a key role in ensuring all member-facing communications are clear, accurate, and aligned across departments.

Primary Responsibilities
60% Digital Marketing, Content Creation & Cross-Department Member-Facing Areas

Create, publish, and manage engaging digital content across social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other applicable channels

Develop, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns and in-app messages

Create, update, and coordinate cross-department member-facing communications, including statements, online banking, mobile app messaging, website content, signage, and other communications originating from multiple departments

Partner with operations, lending, deposit services, call center, and other departments to ensure all member-facing content is accurate, current, and consistent

Design, build, and maintain the credit union’s social media presence and content calendar

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social, and display channels

Measure and report performance of campaigns using KPIs and ROI metrics

Identify trends and insights to optimize content performance and engagement

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Conduct A/B testing, conversion testing, and campaign optimization

20% Community & Business Development Events

Attend and assist with community, chamber, and business development events

Support event setup, execution, and follow-up marketing efforts

Capture photos, videos, and content at events for social media, website, and promotional use

Serve as a brand ambassador for Mobility Credit Union

10% Facility & Fleet Support

Assist with miscellaneous facility and fleet management tasks as requested

Support coordination, tracking, and documentation of related needs

5% Quality Assurance

Review all cross-department, member-facing materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency

Verify that statements, website pages, social profiles, email templates, mobile app messaging, signage, and promotional materials are current and up to date

5% Other Duties as Assigned

Support additional projects and tasks as needed to support marketing, operations, and organizational goals

Qualifications & Skills

Highly creative with strong attention to detail

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Self-motivated yet customer-focused

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Proficient in marketing research, analytics, and performance tracking

Education, Experience, and Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field

Proven experience in digital marketing

Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing

Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar)

Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts preferred

AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary visual acuity is necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.

PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

WORKING CONDITIONS

MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions.

MATHEMATICS ABILITY: Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, and loss; commission markup and selling price; and ratio, proportion, and percentage. Able to perform very simple algebra.

LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals, atlases, and encyclopedias. Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar. Ability to communicate distinctly with appropriate pauses and emphasis; correct punctuation (or sign equivalent), and variation in word order; using present, perfect, and future tenses.
