We’re hiring a Supervising Editor to lead post-production across a distributed editorial team. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on editing and creative leadership—owning quality, setting standards, and helping elevate Timberwolf’s editorial voice as the company continues to grow.

You’ll help define how post-production functions at Timberwolf: creatively, technically, and operationally.
What You’ll Do
Edit a wide range of projects including brand campaigns, lifestyle content, social ads, documentaries, music videos, and editorial pieces
Oversee editorial quality across 10+ remote partners, ensuring consistency in storytelling, pacing, polish, and brand standards
Review cuts, give clear and constructive notes, and push work from good to great
Own Timberwolf’s post-production standards: Templates, organization, naming conventions, codecs, delivery specs, exports, and archive hygiene
Collaborate closely with internal leadership and participate in client review cycles when needed
Manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously with calm execution and strong judgment
Help refine workflows and systems as the company scales

Strong editorial taste and creative instincts

Fast, reliable and organized—without sacrificing quality
