
Overview
This role owns the company’s digital execution engine. You will manage web content, social channels, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital reporting with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Account Engagement (previously known as Pardot). You will translate strategy into measurable demand generation and continuously optimize performance across channels.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who builds, launches, tests, reports, and improves. This is not a management position.
Responsibilities Marketing Automation & Email
Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Create and manage dynamic lists, segmentation logic, scoring, and automation rules
Maintain data hygiene and alignment with Salesforce CRM
Partner with Sales on lead routing, MQL definitions, and reporting
Web & Digital Channels
Manage website updates, landing pages, forms, and CTAs
Collaborate with SEO/SEM agency to implement on‑page recommendations
Launch campaign‑specific landing pages quickly and efficiently
Social Media
Manage organic social posting (primarily LinkedIn)
Coordinate with content/brand role on creative assets and messaging
Track engagement, reach, and performance trends
Reporting & Optimization
Own reporting dashboards for email, web, and social performance
Translate metrics into insights and recommendations
Monitor funnel performance from visitor → lead → MQL
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) – required
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM integration
Experience managing B2B email marketing and lead nurturing
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
Video recording and editing software
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
In‑depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
Ability to analyze metrics, build reports and explain performance to management
Strong self‑starter who can prioritize without heavy direction
Additional Information Special Position Requirements: Up to 10% travel.

Physical Demands Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, and equipment in the facility. The person in this position frequently communicates with customers, vendors, and co‑workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Work Environment Generally works in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting. Normal manufacturing conditions requiring safety observation at all times.
Pay $60,000 - $75,000 USD Annual based on experience + 5% bonus potential.
Location This position is fully onsite in Buffalo, NY.
