Job Details Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX.
Compensation: Base + Commission.
Summary: We’re hiring a Building Automation Account Executive to help grow our BAS/Controls business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role requires a strong technical background in building automation along with proven sales experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or related building systems.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for BAS and HVAC controls projects, including retrofits and system expansions.
Develop and manage customer relationships across commercial and institutional accounts.
Prepare technical proposals, scopes, and plan & spec quotes for BAS projects.
Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-construction and sales process.
Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to define system solutions.
Required Qualifications
BAS background required (controls programming, service, engineering, or commissioning).
Prior sales or account management experience required within BAS, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and control strategies.
Ability to review drawings, sequences of operation, and define BAS scope.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Niagara, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider, or similar platforms.
BAS or controls certifications are a plus.
