Total Compensation: $60,000 – $140,000+ (DOE & Performance)

This role was built for experienced Regional distributor reps who want control, flexibility, and real earning power. Hive V.O.C. - Hive Disposables is hiring a proven outside sales professional with an existing restaurant customer base to grow pizza box, corrugated, and disposable sales across Florida.
What You’ll Do
Transition and grow your existing restaurant relationships
Prospect pizza operators and multi‑unit groups
Sell pizza boxes, corrugated, and full‑line disposables
Build repeat monthly volume (not one‑off orders)
Manage your own book and pipeline using CRM (HubSpot)
What We’re Looking For
Foodservice / disposables sales experience required
Existing restaurant customer relationships required
Outside “street sales” background
Comfortable with GP‑based commissions and monthly quotas
Self‑managed, hungry, and accountable
(Pizza, corrugated, or jan‑san experience is a major plus.)
Compensation & Upside
Guaranteed base + GP‑based commission
Tiered commission with accelerators
New‑account bonuses + whale bonuses
Base steps down as commissions outpace guarantee
Six‑figure+ potential for real producers
