Rely-IQ is an outsourced device management platform built for companies with distributed teams. We help organizations manage employee onboarding and offboarding, device purchasing and leasing, deployment, logistics, IT support, and branded engagement through one unified system. Our customers use Rely-IQ to save time across HR, IT, and Operations and often eliminate the cost of one or more full-time employees.

We’re building a focused, high-performing sales team and are looking for Account Executives who enjoy consultative selling and want to help shape how Rely-IQ goes to market.

The Role As an Account Executive at Rely-IQ, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through close and expansion. You’ll sell to mid-market companies with distributed teams, guiding prospects through a 6–12 week consultative sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who values thoughtful discovery, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through in a growing company.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits unless otherwise specified.

What You’ll Do

Identify, qualify, and close new Rely-IQ customers within defined target markets

Lead discovery conversations focused on operational pain across IT, HR, and look Operations

Position Rely-IQ as a replacement for internal busywork and fragmented vendors

Manage the sales process from first conversation through signed agreement

Collaborate with leadership, operations, and partners to ensure smooth customer handoffs

Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data in a simple, custom-configured CRM tool

Contribute feedback to refine messaging, pricing, and sales playbooks

Who You Are

You have experience selling B2B solutions with multi-stakeholder decision processes

You’re comfortable navigating a 6–12 week sales cycle

You can explain complex workflows in clear, straightforward terms

You’re organized, self-motivated, and accountable for your results

You enjoy working in an early-stage environment where your input matters

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, Level 1 or higher IT services, or operational services preferred)

Experience selling to mid-market companies, ideally with a track record of engaging HR, IT, and Operations leaders

Experience selling into HR, IT, and Operations leadership roles is a plus

Strong discovery and consultative selling skills

Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management

Ability to manage multiple active opportunities at onceComfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
