What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers in completing purchases and offer post‑order support
Engage customers with probing questions to identify their needs
Persuade customers to purchase additional products and services
Maintain detailed records and track information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ months of soft sales experience, including upselling and telemarketing
Strong focus on building customer relationships and effective communication skills
Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
Basic understanding of iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes
