Sales Support Specialist
to join our team in our Salt Lake City office. This role is a key support position working closely with sales, service, and operations to keep projects, installations, and customer communication running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Support the sales team with
quoting, order processing, and documentation
Assist with
customer communication
and follow-ups
Maintain and update
CRM records and internal tracking
Coordinate with
service and operations
on installs, service schedules, and logistics
Help review
site readiness information
and customer requirements
Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, service, and customers
Keep projects on track by staying ahead of details and next steps

Strong
organizational skills
and attention to detail
Clear, professional
written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
Experience in
sales support, customer service, operations, or account coordination
is a plus
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and service teams
Experience with CRM or quoting tools is helpful but not required
