divh2Flight Documentation Specialist/h2pThe Flight Documentation Specialist will work with the Flight Coordinator to ensure and support efficient flight operations by managing all cargo paperwork, including Click2Clear filings, and ensuring pilots receive the correct documents. The role involves coordinating with loaders, communicating with Bahamas customs, and validating SCYC permits for flights./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/polliPerforms critical calculations to ensure that the aircrafts center of gravity remains within safe limits./liliBalances the load to optimize fuel efficiency and flight performance./liliAdhere to all aviation safety regulations and guidelines, including those set by aviation authorities and the airline./liliInspect cargo for hazardous materials and ensure proper documentation and handling of such items./liliOversee the physical loading and unloading of cargo to ensure it matches the planned load configuration./liliUses appropriate equipment and techniques to secure cargo, preventing it from shifting during flight./liliEnsures that all cargo is properly restrained according to safety regulations and standards/liliOther duties as assigned./li/olpRequirements:/ppEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED required/liliAssociates Degree or higher in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required/lili1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics, freight, or warehouse environment/liliFamiliarity with shipping processes, inventory management, or freight operations is beneficial/liliExperience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment/liliKnowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of the words, rules of composition and grammar is required./liliProficiency in procurement software Google Suite,
