Our brand is built on trust, service excellence, and a deep passion for aviation./ppWere growing, and were looking for driven, relationship-focused Charter Sales Brokers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch sales environment and want the freedom to build their business with a respected aviation operator behind them./ph3Why Makers Air?/h3pEstablished and trusted aviation brand with a strong operational backbone/ppAccess to a diverse fleet and operating partners/ppEntrepreneurial, people-first culture that values accountability and results/ppFreedom, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential/ppIf you love aviation, live for closing deals, and want to own your success, this role is for you./ph3What Youll Do/h3pAs a Charter Sales Broker, youll act as the front-line relationship owner for your clients, from first inquiry to wheels-up./ppYou will:/pulliSource and develop new charter clients through your network, referrals, and independent outreach/liliRespond to inquiries, assess trip needs, and recommend the right aircraft and solution/liliPrepare and present charter quotes, terms, and agreements with confidence/liliClose charter sales and manage the client journey through confirmation/liliCoordinate with internal and third-party operations teams on availability and pricing/liliMaintain accurate lead and deal records in our CRM/liliStay current on market pricing, aircraft availability, and competitive offerings/liliIdentify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships/li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulli3+ years of experience in charter sales, brokerage, or corporate aviation sales/liliStrong knowledge of aircraft categories and mission suitability/liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills/liliSelf-starter mindset with the ability to generate your own leads/liliHigh-performance attitude with a client-first approach/liliFamiliarity with charter contracts, deposits, and industry best practices/liliExisting book of business preferred but not required/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliCommission-based, uncapped earning structure/liliPaid per charter and/or program sold/liliIndependent Contractor (1099) role with full flexibility/li/ulpYour results drive your income, no ceilings, no micromanagement./p/div
