The Sales Support admin will have the overall responsibility of turning over all sales definite contracts within up to 40 different properties to ensure the contracted terms coincide within Delphi that will be sent to the meeting operations team for flawless execution. How You Will Create The Extraordinary

Auditing Convention Sales Contracts for all CET Properties Ensuring that any clauses that require additional approvals are met Flawlessly log sales incentives Be able to calculate basic math Auditing all sales tracking sheets on a monthly basis and sending along to Accounting for final audit Inputting and audit all BI Points on a monthly basis Running various sales reports as requested by sales team Aid Director of Sales Systems in establishing SOP's as needed Various Sales Force duties Be able to communicate efficiently with various departments including sales team, accounting and analytics. What You Will Need

Delphi Sales Force Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat and relational database experience preferred but not required 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales Experience preferred Additional Requirements
