R26\_0000000426Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.**Brown & Brown** is seeking an **Employee Benefits Account Executive** to join our growing team in **Oakbrook, IL!**This role is responsible for growing company revenue by effectively managingexisting customer accounts and convincing new and existing customers to purchase additionalservices.**How You Will Contribute:*** Develop long lasting relationships with new customers.* Managing existing customer accounts by ensuring that customers remain satisfied with* services.* Develop effective account plans to retain existing customer base.* Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services* fulfill those needs.**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:*** College Degree (preferred)* High School diploma* 8+ years of experience as account executive or similar.* Strong communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.* Outstanding negotiation & consultative sales skills.* Exceptional customer service skills.* This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
