R26\_0000000553Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.**Brown & Brown** is seeking an **Employee Benefits Account Executive** to join our growing team in Mandeville, LA.The Employee Benefits Account Executive is responsible for account management of new and renewal business, sales, and customer service support for their assigned book of business, both in-house and out of the office.**How You Will Contribute:*** Uses advanced insurance knowledge to maintain and renew existing Benefits book of business, while actively pursuing new benefit clients.* Secures additional lines of coverage for existing Benefits clients.* Marketing New Accounts and Renewals, handling all carrier correspondence.* Preparing New Account and Renewal Proposals.* Assistance with submission of New Business and follow up on outstanding* requirements* Preparing AORs and forwarding to carriers* Preparing Top Gun Reports for New Sales, AORs, and lost business* Presenting Renewal Proposals to Clients and facilitating renewal of all Benefits Lines* Oversees all aspects of servicing their book of business, including but not limited to
+ Client data entry into agency management system.
+ Close Renewal / New Group files, make sure check list is complete
+ Month End Procedures for renewing groups
+ Preparing and sending Thank You Letters* Organizes and oversees enrollment meetings for clients
