Position Overview:
As a Sales and Customer Experience Associate, you will deliver exceptional service by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance. You will have the opportunity to learn about various products using our innovative tools, enabling you to guide customers through complete project solutions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and qualify customers effectively, making personalized recommendations to drive sales. Maintain the in-stock condition of your assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and safe for shopping. Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in safety training and uphold all safety policies to create a secure working environment. Stay informed about products across different departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. This role may involve various sales functions, including Department Sales, Lead Generation, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialization, Special Services, and Customer Order Assistance. Location:
