Our team supports every phase of the Pro customer journey, from prompt order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and customized delivery solutions. Team members are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Pro customers, proactively driving sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations, all while delivering exceptional service tailored to unique project requirements. As a member of the Pro Customer Support and Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to meet monthly sales goals and various metrics to enhance sales performance in our stores. Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, managing material loading, overseeing deliveries, or offering specialized expertise in paint and products, your contributions will be vital to ensuring the success of every Pro customer project. Team collaboration is essential, as you will work with your colleagues to keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe, address delivery challenges, and effectively communicate the advantages the Home Depot offers over competitors. In this role, you will also support store initiatives by monitoring inventory, executing sales strategies, and maintaining exceptional standards for customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, depending on customer needs.
