Vice President of Sales & Business Development
to lead our enterprise growth strategy and establish high-value relationships with large, multi-site long-term care organizations. This is a national, executive-level role responsible for shaping the company’s sales strategy, driving revenue at scale, and securing multi-year corporate agreements. The ideal candidate possesses deep Medicaid knowledge, a track record of selling complex services, and the executive presence required to influence and collaborate with C-suite leaders. What You’ll Do:
Own and execute a national enterprise sales strategy targeting multi-site long-term care organizations. Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a strategic advisor and key partner. Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value solutions, including Medicaid management and tech-enabled services. Negotiate and close enterprise-level agreements that drive significant revenue and long-term partnerships. Work cross-functionally with operations, client success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained client satisfaction. Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform and adapt sales strategies. What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in enterprise sales of complex services or consulting solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries. Deep understanding of Medicaid and long-term care operations. Executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire senior-level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar pipelines and close large-scale enterprise deals. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Willingness to travel nationally to cultivate client relationships and represent the company at key industry events.
