The Director, ERP Reporting & Analytics Director is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making across Human Resources and related functional areas. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership to enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the value of data within the Workday ecosystem.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Business or related field required.
Experience
Workday experience 4+ years, preferably working for a large integrated healthcare delivery system.
Leadership experience 3+ years leading a technology team.
