Position Description
The Human Resources Specialist supports specific HR programs and processes while partnering with managers and employees to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices. This role focuses on the execution of designated HR functions such as employee relations support, talent programs, compliance, or HR operations. The position balances subject-area ownership with hands-on HR support across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Support designated HR functional areas such as employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, benefits coordination, or compliance activities. Partner with managers and employees to respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures. Administer HR programs and processes, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation. Maintain accurate employee data and records in HRIS systems related to assigned HR functions. Support compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal HR policies. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation related to assigned HR programs. Collaborate with HR team members on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience supporting HR programs or specialized HR functions in a corporate environment. Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment compliance requirements. Ability to partner effectively with managers and employees to support HR needs. Experience maintaining accurate HR data and documentation in HRIS systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
